- Hey! I'm Amy, Owner and Head Coach at iRepresentFitness & Nutrition! I am a former CrossFit Coach & competitor and current functional fitness enthusiast and nutrition coach. After college, I began competing and coaching in the sport of CrossFit and never looked back. I fell in love with a mindset and a lifestyle. I continued on to become a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and a Nationally recognized NASM Personal Trainer. I have my master's degree in healthcare management and spend my free time teaching CPR and helping out at the local hospital! Let me guide you on your next fitness journey.
